Acura is leading the way towards the electric future with the launch of its new ZDX

Acura is preparing to launch its new ZDX model, which represents an important leap towards the transition to producing fully electric cars. The model is expected to be available for purchase at the beginning of 2024, with prices starting at around $60,000.

The company, which is part of the Honda Group, provided a detailed breakdown of its new ZDX, which is classified as a luxury SUV. This car has large dimensions of up to 5 meters in length and 2 meters in width, with a wheelbase of approximately 1.3 meters.

The car features aluminum wheels measuring 20 and 22 inches, and has a high-quality brake system from Brembo. The base model, ZDX A-Spec, comes with a power of 250 kW (340 hp) and a battery with a capacity of 102 kWh, capable of driving a distance of up to 523 km.

The most powerful versions, such as the Type S, have all-wheel drive and power up to 368 kW (500 hp). The interior is equipped with high-quality materials and advanced equipment, including a 22-inch digital screen and an 11-inch information center touch screen, in addition to supporting smartphone connectivity via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The car was equipped with an advanced audio system from Bang & Olufsen that includes 18 speakers, and includes many safety and comfort features such as the cross-traffic braking system, blind spot assist, and the AcuraWatch 360+ system, in addition to the automatic parking feature.
