Solely factor I did completely different was put half of an onion, a complete lemon and two sprigs of rosemary within the cavity of the rooster. Then tied the legs with foil since I didn’t have kitchen twine. Got here out so moist and stuffed with taste. I added a lemon and rosemary sprigs within the cavity which gave it a pleasant trace of lemon. I didn’t have a brush to unfold the butter &garlic so I simply used my fingers and it labored nicely! When it got here to spreading the juices midway by means of cooking I obtained artistic with utensils.
