The official process of selling tickets for the European Nations Cup (Euro 2024), hosted by Germany, begins today, as the European Football Association (UEFA) announced that the sale will begin today, Tuesday, starting at three in the afternoon according to Mecca time.

Fans will have the opportunity to order tickets for selected matches until October 26. After this period, tickets will be distributed to the students through a lottery.

In the first phase of ticket sales for the European Championship, 1.2 million tickets will be offered to fans. Ticket prices vary depending on the type of match and seating location, as the price starts at 30 euros, equivalent to about 31.43 dollars, and this price is the cheapest ticket available for group stage matches. On the other hand, the price of a special ticket for the final match reaches one thousand euros.

Except the German team hosting the tournament, no qualifying team has qualified for the finals so far, and the tournament draw will be held on December 2nd.

As for the German national team, its group stage matches have been scheduled, as it will play in Munich on June 14, then in Stuttgart on June 19, and finally in Frankfurt on June 23. The competing teams will be determined based on the results of the draw.

The 2024 European Championship is known as “Euro 2024”, and it represents the seventeenth edition of this international sports tournament for men’s football, which is held every four years under the supervision of the European Football Association. Germany will organize this tournament between June 14 and July 14, 2024.

This is not the first time that Germany has hosted matches from this tournament, as its territory has been the stage for this competition on two previous occasions. The first was in 1988 when it was called West Germany, and the second was in Euro 2020, where Munich hosted four matches.

However, this time the competition will be hosted by former East Germany for the first time, with some matches being held in Leipzig.
